Check the perlscript supplied on
http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Custom_local_repository_with_ABS_and_gensync
and use it to create a repository from /var/cache/pacman. Or you could
just copy /var/cache/pacman/pkg and
/var/lib/pacman/{current,extra,community} and overwrite them on the
target computer
