Yes, I have run lilo.
After that I removed mkinitrd (BTW, IMHO mkinitcpio should have
replaces=(mkinitrd mkinitramfs), shouldn't it?).
Then I removed scsi and sata from mkinitcpio.conf (I don't have them
anyway) and regenerated image.
Then I modified lilo.conf (I only removed second boot option for
initrd26-full.img which is now outdated) and run lilo again.
After reboot I've got kernel panic.
I have disabled prompt and timeout in lilo.conf, so I cannot pass any
options during kernel boot.
I have /boot on /dev/hda1 and / on /dev/hda3.
Could not give you exact lilo.conf because right now I'm trying to
boot from Arch 0.7.2 CD with root=/dev/hda3 noinitrd ro
