some time ago i tried to set up vpnc but failed. the reason is that i
have from the university the file with specifications (pcf)
containing only a !enc_GroupPwd but no !GroupPwd so i cannot
configure vpnc to work.

if anybody knows a way out, i'm glad to hear it,
