Hi list,

Today I've been helping a friend to install Arch on his box, everything went
well if you don't consider that I inadvertly installed the system on the swap
partition which obviously quickly ran out of space as we were playing with
pacman :). I actualy, and quite surprisingly, fixed that issue easily.

The only problem we've not been able to fix is a weird problem. When running
xorg, the shift key (not Caps Lock) is of no use.

We've tried to play with the configuration to sort this out with no success.

I can't seriously think to remap that key because I assume that there's a
simpler and nicer solution even though we coulnd't find it.

My friend will be away until monday (hence no access to the computer), but I
hope you'll have suggestions in the meantime. I've attached the xorg
configuration.

Before you ask, we are french and the system is correctly localised. The
keyboard's behavior is correct except under xorg.

Thanks in advance.
