You might try qtcurve - it's very adaptable and is based, at least in part, on 
bluecurve (the engine, not the appearance).  It can be anything from flat and 
boring to obnoxious and gaudy.  The package in the aur is broken right now 
(or was last time I tried it) for the same reasons discussed here, but 
someone (can't remember who right now) posted a pkgbuild on that page that 
works.  The more recent versions seem to have taken care of the "not found" 
issues.
