FYI, Christian - your problem is not the same as Vivek's. Your spac5xx 
driver recognises your camera, and then fails, for some reason. Vivek 
does not even have a driver, because there is currently none available 
for the beyond kernel. I don't use any of this stuff, but there a lot of 
references to your error message on Google - it might be worth checking 
them out.

Vivek, the fastest solution for you is as phydeaux suggested, but you 
could also request a spca5xx-beyond package in an AUR comment on the 
spca5xx page, or mail willysilly directly (the bugtracker, suggested 
previously, is for official packages only).
