Try

hciconfig hci0 up

Okay now kbluetoothd starts up, but then when i try to use my phone to
find my pc, it says that it's not found. Attached with this email is a
copy of my hcid.conf

If this is all done up right, i think this one would be a worthy
addition to another page on the wiki no ?
