It will get used just like the groups for audio, video, etc. The group
is used to assign users the right to configure network. At this moment,
two services can use this group:
- avahi to set its mdns hostname
- networkmanager to configure the network

These things are not in archlinux yet, but will be there shortly when we
move in the updated packages for dbus 0.9x. Currently I'm working on a
dbus-internal issue, so it could take a few days before you see things
appearing in testing.
