We don't have a separate package for the plugin, Anton. vlc-plugin is an optional feature of the main vlc application, but it is disabled in our vlc package. If you want it immediately, you will need to rebuild vlc with --enable-mozilla. This can be done quite easily using ABS (Arch Build System) - all the details are in the wiki.
