libpqxx-2.6.9 had been downgraded to 2.6.8 because 2.6.9 doesn't work with
koffice.

To fix the error, remove libpqxx-2.6.8-1.pkg.tar.gz from the cache:
/var/cache/pacman/pkg/
and try again the upgrade.
