It is now in the pacman install, so that point is taken care of. In
addition, it would be a bad idea to single out a single mirror as
having the elusive title of being first in the list. That poor mirror
would get destroyed with requests, so we chose to both leave the
ftp.archlinux.org mirror as first and throttle it.
