looks like the 2 packages are out of sync - gnucash, and libgtkhtml.

all mirrors are equal, but some mirrors are more equal than others. ;P

But back on a serious note, if it really is a mirror sync problem, u
can either wait for a few days.. or check the online package list
(http://www.archlinux.org/packages/search/) to see if it's ur mirror
that's really outdated, and then find a mirror with the correct
version. For eg., right now the current libgtkhtml version is 2.6.3-4,
which provides... libgtkhtml-2.so??? dunno where ur 3.8 version came
from.
