That's probably best. FreeBSD's maintainer has added a dependency for a port called ca-roots. (In FreeBSD, however, SSL support is optional, and it only pulls the dependency if you select it.) The port simply supplies a .crt file in the files section of the port's directory. I'm sure everyone is glad she's much better. Writing you about Arch business right now reminds me of my co-worker, who had to leave early today because her son was ill.
