There probably will be something like this. Watch for news on main site and forum/ML announcements next week. > > 2) I would like to help :) I'm an arch user since teh beginning of arch. > Actually forked it 2 years ago to make a e17+archlinux specific > distribution which died a silent death after 1 year (wrote own installer > in dialog and setup it's own repo). SO I don't know if I could be of some > help ? Maybe just as a monkey_builder for a developer? Right now some amount of packages will be moved from official repos to AUR. So we will need more TUs to maintain them. Read http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Arch_Packaging_Standards and http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/AUR_Trusted_User_Guidelines Do you have any packages in AUR already? (even if not - select those orphans that you can and want to maintain and fix/update them) Are there some parts of your previous work left on internet? Do you have x86_64 or i686 only? Regardless, feel free to post your introduction on tur-users ML if you wanna become a TU. -- Roman Kyrylych (Роман Кирилич) _______________________________________________ arch mailing list [email protected] http://archlinux.org/mailman/listinfo/arch
