Yes.

You can do many changes on local machine, but resulting PKGBUILD
uploaded should differ only by 1;
e.g. do not bump from -1 to -2 to -3 and then release -3,
instead - bump from -1 to -2 then makepkg -f until yoou get final
result then upload that -2.
