just found out, thanx :) .. gzip helped to make it smaller.

i do not need it right now, but i'm just thinking about making a 
sparse file containing the image of the vista partition. then in 
theory i could use it with wine if needed.... hmm... maybe something 
to have a close look after the final exams.

yea... that's a special story. i tried to disable the swap file of 
vista... what lead me unable to use it at all. with 1gb of ram, vista 
failed to boot, so i had to reenable it in the windows protected mode 
system. now i removed it from the linux side, when i backuped the 
vista partition.
