The draft agenda is based on all the topics that Jason sent to me, if you have update those~, let us change it~
It is a challenge that most of audience are chinese and all speakers give presentations in english~. So, we are planning to select some volunteers from our team to take the role of translators who will help audience to understand what the speakers say. Of couse, they need to do some pratices on 19,20 March and make themselves get familiar with the contents ahead of time ~ here are some infos about the venue for your reference: we have two conference rooms: one with the capability of 84 fixed seats, the othter with the capability of 24 seats which can be extended to 35 Hui Kai Ran, Staff Software Engineer, KVM Development Tel : 86-10-82451628 E-mail: [email protected] From: "Karsten 'quaid' Wade" <[email protected]> To: Hui Kai Ran/China/IBM@IBMCN Cc: Frank Novak <[email protected]>, [email protected], Chang Ming Bai/China/IBM@IBMCN, De Xin AD Wu/China/IBM@IBMCN, Ming M Shu/China/IBM@IBMCN, Shao He Feng/China/IBM@IBMCN, Wen Jun Luo/China/IBM@IBMCN, Wen Ruo Lv/China/IBM@IBMCN, Jason Brooks <[email protected]> Date: 03/07/2012 02:55 AM Subject: Re: Fw: oVirt workshop -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 On 03/06/2012 01:50 AM, Hui Kai Ran wrote: > Hi, > > After some adjustment to the agenda on 21 March, I'd like to put it > here and get Redhat involved in to discuss it. Your list may have dropped some items that others said are MUST topics in the discussion on [email protected]. Perhaps we can give less time to more topics? Could you forward your suggestions to the thread on [email protected]? We need to discuss with that group what are the real topics we want and can cover. > BTW, Karsten, how about the agenda on 19,20 March? Could you give > us the agenda on the two days? I have only been working on the open workshop agenda. My understanding is the Red Hat team want to cover all the topics I included in the open agenda at more depth and breadth. It would be good to hear from IBM and Intel what they want to hear about in the 2-day workshop. Do we know who is attending this workshop? Maybe we can make a mailing list for just those people to discuss the agenda, etc. - - Karsten - -- name: Karsten 'quaid' Wade, Sr. Community Architect team: Red Hat Community Architecture & Leadership uri: http://communityleadershipteam.org http://TheOpenSourceWay.org gpg: AD0E0C41 -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.12 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org/ iD8DBQFPVkj32ZIOBq0ODEERAoueAKCEdi+IVX0lWs2md3mmjZQA9k/3QwCguw7Q MQKGknxcEwIWX/GPUElQACw= =TcoI -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
