Hello, and welcome to the Arches community. First, you'll need to sign on to Transifex (https://www.transifex.com) and join the Arches project. Then you (and other Chinese speakers) may translate the Arches user interface labels into Chinese. Once that's complete, we can add Chinese as the display language to Arches.
