Hi Cristina, Many times the error messages that can get during issues like this seem intimidating, but in reality usually give you clues as to what happened. In this case, if you look at the error message you'll notice that it tells you exactly what to do.
pip can't proceed with requirement 'distribute==0.6.27 (from -r /home/cris/ArchesWeb/Install/requirements.txt (line 5))' due to a pre-existing build directory. location: /home/cris/ArchesWeb/virtualenv/ENV/tmp/distribute This is likely due to a previous installation that failed. pip is being responsible and not assuming it can delete this. Please delete it and try again.
