Hi Naveed,
The good news is that it looks like install.bat ran successfully.  The bad
news is that I misspoke when I said that the restore.bat file is generated
by running install.bat  The restore.bat file is actually generated by
running install_core_arches.bat which it looks like you did and discovered
that it didn't generate the restore.bat file for you.  Can you send me the
output of running install_core_arches.bat?
