Hi Ashish,
I think the issue is that you ran build_index.sh which you're actually NOT
supposed to run.
Briefly, here are the scripts that need to be run for successful
installation of Arches (run them in this order):

1. build/build_core_arches.sh
2. db/ETL/CDS Package/install_package.sh
3. db/ETL/CDS Package/load_concepts.sh
4. db/ETL/CDS Package/load_test_data.sh

Try that and see what happens.
