Hi Hannes, By looking at your list of installed templates in the views/forms directory, it appears that you are missing most of the forms. I just re-installed arches_hip myself and I'm seeing the same problem you are. It looks like the install package is missing those files. I apologize for that! I'll have to push up a fix for that and notify the community. Once I've done that you'll need to run:
pip install arches_hip --upgrade to get the latest. Sorry for the confusion there.
