That is all exactly right.  In case it’s not already clear, there is a very 
robust set of machinery that comes with Arches designed to manage “documents” 
(as you called them) called the Reference Data Manager.  In case you haven’t 
already found this, the documentation on around (what we call) “Reference Data” 
here:
