Hi Alexei, great news on the updates.  Could you elaborate on this line 
from the Arches 3 changes?  Looks like it got cut off...

Also, for a new install, would you recommend deleting the existing virtual 
environment, making a new one, and then running pip install? Or will it 
work to just run pip install on the existing virtual environment and 
overwrite arches and arches-hip?
