Hello Asmaa! and a warm welcome to the Arches project forum - I'm sorry it's taken a while to respond. You will find many projects working on ancient sites in the Mediteranean mentioned in the forum, so I'm sure you will be able to find relevant expertise and help here. It's great to have a forum member who notices the pigeons! I too see pigeons from my window, though sadly no beautiful gardens.
