My colleague checked the versions and says: psycopg2-2.6.1 psql (8.4.20, server 9.3.9) I am not sure though about postgis, you are supposed to get it by opening psql and typing SELECT PostGIS_full_version(); but I get an error when I do so, I am not sure why.
