Works like a charm thanks Rob!

Another quick question. Since I just want the caching disabled on map,
does it make sense for me to copy the base.htm to corresponding folder in
our application, change the name to something like base_map.htm, change the
map.htm to reference base_map.htm instead of base.htm and then make the
change below to that new file (base_map)? If this works it would allow us
to keep the change within our application and not have to adjust anything
in Arches, and also limit the reloading of js files to just those that
relate to the map page.

Thanks again.
