Hi Jin, Arches uses Open Layers 3, which is a javascript web mapping library that can interface with a variety of geographic services. I've looked around a bit, and haven't yet found a clear example of someone integrating OL3 with Baidu. Here is the most promising thing I found: https://github.com/openlayers/ol3/issues/3522. He mentions that Baidu's existing API is very extensive, I would encourage you and your team to look into that: http://developer.baidu.com/map/index.php?title=jspopular.
