Yeah, super bummer, I regret not double-checking uploads of files with the
same name when testing out the S3 configuration... Sorry about that!

It would be good for you to head into the S3 bucket to check up on your
files and make sure yours was behaving as I described, and to make a test
or two of uploading files with the same name to make sure this setting
fixes your error.
