Hello Arches Community!

After a bit of hand wringing we've decided to move the Arches repository to
GitHub (where all the cool kids hang out).
Code and issues will be moved over with the only downside being that all
imported issues will have a single user as the reporter. The name of the
original reporter will still be available from within the ticket itself.
This also means that we're moving on from a Mercurial based repository.
Mercurial
has served us well, but it's time to move on. The developer community has
spoken and GitHub is where most members host their work, and we should join
them.
If you have the Source Tree <https://www.sourcetreeapp.com/> app then this
move is pretty trivial. And if you don't, then you should check it out.

The plan is to move the repo over next Monday, January 11, 2016. The repo
will be located at https://github.com/archesproject/arches. There is
currently a repo there now, but don't pull until Monday (we will be
deleting and uploading a fresh install then).

For users who pip installed arches, there is nothing to do. For developers
you actually downloaded the repo you'll of course want to pull the new repo
after Monday.

Hope you enjoy the switch.
