Thanks Adam, I copied the files from the ENV location into my project (same 
location) and specified that location, then I tried running the command 
from my hip project directory, and I'm getting this error

Traceback (most recent call last):

  File "manage.py", line 22, in <module>

    from django.core.management import execute_from_command_line

ImportError: No module named django.core.management
