Hi Adam, Thank you, I have made some progress as a result of your guidance! The pip and virtualenv scripts are now installed on my machine here C:\Python27\Python27\Lib\site-packages, but I can't seem to get the virtualenv setup (step 3) or activated (step 4) within the 'Arches' directory http://arches3.readthedocs.org/en/latest/getting-started/#arches-applications <http://arches3.readthedocs.org/en/latest/getting-started/#arches-applications>
....instead am stuck with two empty folders 'virtualenv' and 'ENV' and it would seem there is nothing to 'activate'. Could be due to an error within the Dependencies process, but have don't see any obvious items to address. Realizing this is not much information to go-on, if you have any troubleshooting tips would appreciate any/all further advice!
