Hi Darcy, In the statement you posted, it looks like a specific concept is being loaded, and perhaps that is the only concept that is causing a problem, due to a weird character or something? Do you have a handle on all the concepts that have been added to your installation? Unfortunately, you can't search the RDM by conceptid, so I would use your other installation's classification form and write down all of the dropdown menus that it uses. Then I would find all of those concepts in the RDM of your problem installation and see if something jumps out...
