Hi Burim, when it comes to a multilingual Arches, I'd refer to this recent thread where some folks have been weighing in on the best ways to handle that task.
As for importing data into Arches, this happens through a structured ".arches" file, which is documented here: https://arches-hip.readthedocs.io/en/latest/loading-data/#importing-cultural-heritage-data-into-arches-hip It's up to you to figure out the best way to convert your current database format to a .arches file because the process depends significantly on the format in which your data currently exists. Here <https://arches-hip.readthedocs.io/en/latest/extra/#from-ms-excel-workbook> I have added some guidelines for converting from an Excel spreadsheet, and here <https://github.com/mradamcox/arc2arches> is a set of tools that you can use to convert from spatial data (shapefiles/geodatabases) if you are using ArcGIS software. As for printing PDFs, I know some folks have pursued this, but I don't know the results. It is not built into Arches by default.
