Hmm, have you tried contacting the server administrator? He/she may be able
to help.

Just kidding.  It seems like there is a problem with your wsgi.py file,
which is strange because out of the box I have never had an issue with it.
Have you made any changes to it? Beyond that, I'm assuming that you can run
the django devserver without any errors?

If you could send along your apache configuration file that would be very
helpful, as well as the wsgi.py file.
