Hi Vincent, to answer your first and third questions:

You can download and install v4 in its current state by using the dev
installation instructions that are on the repo wiki:
https://github.com/archesproject/arches/wiki/Dev-Installation. It would be
great to get Docker support so soon! Once you have that up and running, you
could begin making graphs in the new user interface if you like. Just know
that full documentation is still forthcoming, and there are no guarantees
that every part of the app will work, as it's still in development. But,
you should be able to export and import graphs without any trouble.

For question 2, the data model documentation you found does reflect changes
that are taking place in v4, however, as you can see, it's still a
work-in-progress. v4 has a very different data model than v3!
