Im interested in exploring Arches on my local machine, therefore iam now
instaling both arches and arches_hip.
Everything went smoothly until arches_hip instalation guide step #5.
Once i run comand "(ENV)> python path\to\ENV\Scripts\arches-app create
my_hip_app --app arches_hip", i get this on my cmd:

django.core.exceptions.ImproperlyConfigured: No DjangoTemplates backend is
configured.
The my_hip_app folder is created,but it only contains one file named
".hgignore".
What does this means? Wasn't i suppose to get more files inside the folder?
