Hi Matt, this is a good question, because I don't think a formal
announcement has been made about the v4 documentation plans. At any rate,
what you are looking for is not fully complete, but will be found in the
developer-oriented documentation on the arches github
repo: https://github.com/archesproject/arches/wiki. In this case, head to
the section called "Creating New Functions, DataTypes, and Widgets". You'll
see commands for how to "register" functions. Unfortunately, at this time
we don't have comprehensive information on how to write functions, i.e.
what variables are available to a function at the time it is run, etc.
Please check back later for more about that.

Hope that helps,
Adam
