Hi Adam, Many thanks for your reply. I've been looking at this again and have just noticed from one of the error messages that it states that the Python version is 2.7.5. (I have asked the system administrator to let me know which version of Python he installed - i am not able to access the command window right now).
I know that Arches 3 requires 2.7.6. and I have read that later versions of python are not recommended. I was wondering if this was the case for this slightly earlier version? The resource graphs and authority documents have loaded successfully according to the command line.
