while I am trying to install arches hip in UBUNTU 14.04 , and executing the line (ENV)$ arches-app create my_hip_app --app arches_hip i am getting the error "arches-app: command not found" . What could be the problem? I am following the arches 3 and arches hip documentation ( http://arches-hip.readthedocs.io/en/latest/getting-started/#installation) & (http://arches3.readthedocs.io/en/latest/getting-started/#installing-arches ) #virtual ENV is virtualenv-15.1.0-py2.py3-none-any.whl
