Hey Burim, there are a lot of different ways to begin customizing an installation of Arches 4. Perhaps a good place for you to start would be to go to the Arches Designer and check out the in-app help (click the ? in the top right corner of the page). In the Arches Designer you can begin creating Resource Models, which are the foundation of a database. If you are interested in providing Arches services for other organizations, you could begin making new Resource Models to fit each organization's needs.
