Hi Angela, unfortunately I believe that this is a limitation of Arches v4. The text you are referring to here is actually stored in the postgres database, as a "node name", for example, and there is no provision for storing a node name in more than one language. This may be something that other developers have encountered as well, so I would be interested to hear more thoughts.
