Hi Anjo - I suspect you have one or more resource instances associated with your model. You can check if you go to the search page and search on the resource model you are trying to delete. If any show in the search results, you will have to delete those instances before you can delete your model.
If that is indeed the problem, we should probably provide an alert letting you know that you can't delete that model rather than letting the model appear deleted only to reappear later.
