Hi Michel, I think you are encountering this issue: https://github.com/archesproject/arches/issues/3027. In 4.1.0 there is a bug that caused an error when you try to add a card to the resource model by dragging it from the left side of the page. This issue has been fixed in the main code-base, but until 4.1.1 is released (it should be soon) you'll have to use a workaround. Please follow the instructions for Method 1 in this tutorial about adding a branch to a resource model: http://arches.readthedocs.io/en/stable/add-branch-to-resource-model/.
