Hi Rob, Yup, after checking my installation using the ubuntu_xenial_setup.sh install script it seemed that the version of npm that was installed was 4.2.6. I upgraded it manually to use version 6.4.0, which is the minimum. After that. I was able to complete the Arches development installation and the dev server is now working.
