Hey Jude,

I feel your frustration.

Sometimes it seems it’s not enough to just drag and drop the nodes in the card.
Sometimes it works, but other times it doesn’t and reverts to the old order.
The trick I’ve found is this: Once you’ve done the move click in the card title
on the card configuration block on the right hand side and just change the
spelling or add a letter. The Save Card Edits button should appear and be
actionable. Click it. Then immediately undone what you’ve done (unless you’ve
corrected a spelling error that just miraculously happened to be there!) and
click save again.

To make sure it’s worked, quit designer and then go back in again.

You should be able to do all of the reordering and then use the trick so you
don’t have to do it multiple times.

I’m currently using this trick to reorder one of my cards!

So…

Any time you feel the pain…
hey Jude, refrain, don’t carry the world upon your shoulders…

Just keep on posting on the forum!

Subject: [Arches] Resource Model - Saving Edit to Order of Cards

THIS IS AN EXTERNAL EMAIL: do not click any links or open any attachments
unless you trust the sender and were expecting the content to be sent to you
Hey all,

I've noticed that when I make a change to the order of Cards within a Resource
Model - for example, I reorder the Cards in Monument so that it looks like the
attached screenshot - I don't have the option to Save this order. Or, at
least, I can't see a way of doing it.

This has meant that when I come back to the Resource Model, the order of the
Cards looks different to how I ordered it.

My aim is to have the Cards for Monument all ordered for the team so they are
ready to start editing next week, getting use to seeing the Cards ordered in
one way.

Am I thinking about this wrong?

Thanks for any guidance,

Jude.
