Thanks Gabriel, that makes sense. I have the attached map layers, do I need to change the Zoom to each one to, for example, -6? I don't want to inadvertently mess something up. I just now changed the Zoom to -100 on Map Makers layer only and it didn't seem to change how the map looks in a Report.
