This is another case of not having the descriptor functions setup for this model. You can edit this by going to the Arches Desginer > Resource Models, picking your model 'Heritage Event or Heritage Story', clicking the green manage button and selecting manage functions. Once on the functions page you can add the Resource Descriptors function and select which cards you want to display for the Display Name, Display Description and Map pop up. I belive the one you want for Disaply Name is Event or Story Name. Once you save this edit, click re-index for the changes to take effect. (Could take a while depending on the number of records!).
