Thanks Annabel, that's very helpful and reassuring that there is the 
function to hide specific resource instances in Arches v5.1.  We are 
currently on v5.0.0 and so we will need to update to v5.1 before our 
go-live in Mar 2021 to access this function.

Just a couple of questions:

1. Do you need to click on Manage Permissions for each individual resource 
instance or is there a way to Manage Permissions for a group of resource 
instances?  Reason I ask, we will have around 5,100 monument resources we 
want to 'hide' from the public and it'd be good if we could avoid having to 
do change the permission on each one individually - but no matter if we 
have to.

2. In hiding the resource does this also mean that the spatial 
representation on the Arches map is also hidden?  We'd expect it to be, but 
wanted to just check.
