Thank you for your question. At the moment, implementing 
dynamic/conditional data entry in the way you've described requires 
customizing Arches via programming. I know that several other Arches 
implementers have been looking at ways to accomplish this (see this post on 
the Arches Development 
Forum: https://groups.google.com/g/archesproject/c/HlGK946VNaQ/m/O9CLMfvdAQAJ), 
but I'm not sure if anyone has come up with the code to do this yet. I'll 
check in with others to see if there has been any movement on this, but 
hopefully, others will respond if they are currently working on this or are 
looking to collaborate on this.
